We enter an impressive, 100-year-old residence outside of Santanyi. The main building was refurbished and restored by our partner, Vectoras S.L in Palma.

Structural restoration of a partially cellared townhouse in Soller. Issue: extremely moist walls due to rising damp, a great deal of salt efflorescence.

After completing the work on the Soller townhouse, we received a follow-up job from Can Bac Arquitectos. This involved installing a horizontal barrier to remediate wet masonry as part of a complete structural restoration of a beautiful finca. Over 150 years old, the historic building overlooks Esporles at the base of the Tramuntana Mountains.
